DMS Navigator, a forever growing company, has an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join the Sales team in Sheffield - reporting to the Sales Executive. 

The position will be for 16-hours per week, worked Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 16:00.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised and target driven. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads for the sales team, as well as improving quality of data. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Securing leads and appointments for the sales team/Sales Representative
  • Hitting appointment-setting goals/meeting deadlines
  • Developing prospective customers
  • Fielding inbound calls
  • Cold calling/contact clients
  • Setting appointments
  • Collaborating with the sales team
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Calling current prospect clients to reschedule meetings
  • Data entry
  • Adhering to company policies
  • Researching new clients/lead generation
  • Building knowledge of the companies products
  • Evaluating potential leads
  • Promoting benefits of services
  • Providing information to customers on social media

To be successful for this role, candidates will ideally meet all of most of the following requirements.

Skills Required:

  • Record keeping abilities.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work unsupervised for extensive periods.
  • Prior experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales representative or similar.
  • Experience in the motor trade preferred but not essential.

The Telesales Executive is a critical position for the company as their key duty is to generate hot leads and pass these onto the Sales Executive, thus driving new business into the company.

Salary £21,937 per annum Pro Rata, Plus Benefits
